What we do with your details

This site is run by Cover Story, a band based in Seattle. It exists to tell you where we are playing and to let you book us. Here is what it does with information about you.

The booking form. The form on the Book page, and the mailing-list signup, are pages from the band’s own booking app at app.coverstorymusic.com shown inside this site. What you type — your event details, your name, email and phone, and your message — goes to the band’s booking inbox so we can reply. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you book us, to run the event. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the band and the people who help us run bookings.

The mailing list. If you join the mailing list we store your email address so we can send a heads-up about public shows. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

Cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own. The embedded forms use a bot check provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie for that purpose only.

Your rights. Write to us at the booking email in the footer to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you.
